Blissful. life. Thankful.

A summarize of how my blissful life going on. 

Baby sister's birthday.

That big dino was the present we gave her. 

She hugged it when she sleep. She bring it whenever she goes. 

It is nice to have a sister.

She helps you to comb your hair, tie your hair and even untie your hair after a dinner. 

How big gang are us. 

It's bless to see them gather together outside the classroom after class or during recess

Discussing to prepare the coming gathering. 

Gym with the girls.

It's not an easy job for us to continue our gym life.

But we did.

Weight: 52.8 kg

Fat percentage: 29.4 % (which consider as overload on me)

This is the previous result during week 2.

We trained.

we rest. 

we workout.

Clean food for diet.

And of course we played sometimes in the gym room.

Week 8

Weight: 51.4kg

Fat percentage: 22 %

Hard work does pay off!!!

It's good to have a friend who fits in your life so much.

We buy the ingredients for our clean diet together, cook  together and even workout together.

Encourage each other when one of us unmotivated or lazy

Advice each other when we try to eat something too oily.

But we did have our cheat meal together haha.

Before chinese new year.

As it's a really early flight so we have to overnight at the airport.

It's freezy and we hardly sleep well.

Typical morning on the first day of chinese new year.

I prefer this instead of standing outside be a souvenir giver to the people.
